6.Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (DDP/DDU Terms)
Our standard shipping method is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import taxes and duties are included in the product price.
However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as regulatory changes, increased tariff rates, fines, or inspection surcharges imposed by customs, any additional costs incurred beyond the original quote may be the responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is returned or destroyed due to reasons attributable to the customer—including but not limited to providing incorrect identity information, refusing to pay duties, or failing to cooperate with customs clearance—all resulting costs and losses shall be borne by the customer.
7. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable / Refusal to Accept
Customers must ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and capable of receiving parcels (including company name, street number, zip code, and contact phone number).
Any costs arising from address errors—such as return shipping fees or re-delivery charges—will be the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, we shall not be held liable for lost packages resulting from an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
