1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible products. However, due to safety and compliance regulations, electronic devices containing lithium batteries are generally not eligible for “change-of-mind” returns once they have been powered on, exposed to water, disassembled, or have broken seals.
2 Return Window
Change-of-Mind (Unwanted Items): Requests must be submitted before the order is shipped.
Non-returnable Conditions: We do not accept returns for items that have been used, submerged in water, have broken seals/stickers, missing accessories, severely damaged packaging, or removed serial number labels.
Excluded Products: Personalized/custom-made items, special orders, and products marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Closeout” are not eligible for return.
2.3 Condition of Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all the following conditions:
Must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals,
warranty cards, and factory labels/serial numbers intact
Must not have been disassembled, modified, or serviced by any third party.
The customer must provide the original Order Number and a clear reason for the return.
Inspection Required: Approval for a refund is contingent upon passing our inspection process upon receipt; a refund is not automatically issued upon sending the item back.
2.4 Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs (Key Terms)
Fault on Our Side (Wrong Item Sent / Obvious Shipping Damage / Manufacturing Defect): Please contact us immediately. Upon verification, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Change-of-Mind / Customer Reason: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Any refund issued will be calculated as the product amount minus the actual outbound shipping costs and transaction processing fees incurred by us.
International Returns (Lithium Battery Products):
International returns of lithium battery products are strictly regulated by carriers. If the original shipping channel cannot accept the return, a special compliant return process may be required. All associated timeframes and costs will be quoted by the carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
2.5 Shortages, Wrong Items, & DOA (Dead on Arrival)
Please inspect your device upon receipt. Any damage, shortages, or wrong items must be reported to us with photographic/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
For external box damage, please retain the original shipping carton and labels, as these are required for filing claims with the carrier.
Upon verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include sending replacement parts, a replacement unit, arranging repair, or issuing a refund.
2.6 Non-Returnable Circumstances
We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:
Water damage, salt corrosion, impact deformation, or obvious signs of physical abuse/mishandling.
Broken waterproof seals, tampered screws, or removed anti-tamper stickers.
Consumables, filters, or disposable accessories.
Bulk B2B Orders: Orders placed under a formal B2B contract are governed by the terms and conditions stated in the specific quotation/proforma invoice and are excluded from this retail policy.
